I wish there was a way to give this location zero stars. I went there with my sister yesterday and we were greeted and asked to... wait 20 minutes. From the window we could clearly see there were numerous empty tables but nonetheless we sat down next to avery kind family who was asked to sit right before we were. I got busy with my daughter but the family next to us noticedfamilies were walking in and being directed to the back to be seated. We thought the first was a fluke but then noticed another2 families being ushered back. We obviously became upset because 40 minutes had passed at this point. When we asked for themanager, a very arrogant man came out. He tried to speak down to me and show me the list to show me there are names ahead ofmine. I told them we were the only two families in the lobby when we arrived so there must be an error or the list must not beupdated. He told me the families they sat ahead of us had been there earlier and were waiting for their tables outside. I toldhim I literally watched them get out of their cars?? He started laughing when we were all clearly upset ? I don?t know where heacquired his managerial skills but he really failed at managing the situation. He could?ve just apologized and told us he wouldtake us back shortly but instead he laughed in our face and made the situation worse. Read more
Went here for breakfast. Time was 7:14am. Walked inside greeted by host took our name down (which I thought was weird due to... nobody being in the restaurant) and walked to the back. I could here him tell the server that she had two. Her response was rudeand he walked back and said that it would be 20 minutes. I asked him what time they opened and he looked at me and said ?Ithought we were already open? needless to say we didn?t eat breakfast here and left. And after seeing the reviews I am glad wedidn?t. We were a big party of 14. They split our party into two tables. Which we were okay with that. However, when receiving our... food..it took about an hour!!! Instead of the manager helping the server with both tables, they insisted on helping the partythat came AFTER us. They received their food before we did as well as their bill. The good presentation was terrible as if theyjust ?threw? it on the plate. Two of our orders had to to be sent back because modifications were not met and my boyfriend?somelette had a piece of string inside of it. I understand being short staffed.
