The employees at this location have no manners at all. No one says "thank you" or "have a nice day." They barely acknowledge... your existence. I ordered a Happy Meal at the drive-thru to take to my grandson, but when he opened it there was no toy. Iwent back later to get the toy. The employee who handed it to me did not apologize for the mistake or my inconvenience. Hesaid absolutely nothing. The employees here have not been properly trained or they just don't care. Read more
Goes here every day to get a large Carmel frappe. The morning crew are awesome but the evening/ night crew aren?t. When I go at... night soon as I get to the speaker no one acknowledge me and most of the time the kids are out front smoking and see myself andother customers pulling in the drive thru and wait until they finish smoking to take our orders. This used to be the go to McDonald?s as there are 3 with 5 miles basically of each other. Tonight?s the last time I visit this... location. Lady taking the order was on point. Now the food, fries taste like 2 week old grease, soggy and cold. They topped offthe box with fresh fries and the bottom gets ya. The burgers are cold and the mustard and ketchup squeeze was waaay over due.Asked for a Individual large fry wasn?t in the bag so I asked for it they where to worried about playing on there phones andcutting up versus even giving me a receipt to start with to prove I ordered it, yet on the big screen that showed my order itwas there. One doesn't visit the Golden Arches looking for genial service, quality cuisine, or even a guarantee that you'll receive... everything you order. While this location has never exceeded expectations, they're far from the worst and it's always had aspecial place in my heart as I've been coming here since I was a kid. You could build a house with all the McNuggets I'vedevoured from this place. It also goes without saying that their fries are out of this world! Read more
