Second bad experience in a row at Jersey Mike's. Girl making my sandwich dropped meat into the breadcrumbs that were lying on... the counter for who knows how long. When I questioned it she said it's just bread, however, you can see breadcrumbs caked upunder the slicing machine and on the counter that look like they've been there for weeks. Very unsanitary. Should have justremade it. Now I have an 18$ sub going straight to the trash. Bad service happens when you hire bad employees. Read more
This place operates well during non-peak hours. But if you want to get food during a regular mealtime, be prepared to wait a... frustratingly long amount of time. While you wait you can observe a number of simple ways that they could operate moreefficiently. They don't appear to be understaffed, just poorly managed. If you place an order online, you can also prepare towait, sometimes up to 20 minutes after your scheduled pickup time, for them to start your order. Best practices for sandwichshop operations are pretty universal. I wish the management here would look into them. I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of1 because (1) the sandwiches are delicious and (2) every once in a while they operate well (about 1/3 of the time in myexperienceover the last year). We keep going here because it's so close to our house, affordable, and tasty, and we're alwayshopeful that they will pull their operations together. I just hope it happens soon or we may just give up on this location. Read more
Worst customer service ever! This location is an embarrassment to all Jersey Mike's! Our order was not only wrong the staff... could barely be bothered to fix it. If you are hungry get your food any where but here. Read more
3/31/21 We went for their Day of Giving. This time we ordered #56, the Big Kahuna. It was great. We added lettuce, tomatoes &... mayo & skipped the jalapeno peppers. I like the fact that you can omit the salt. Juicy & delicious. See pic below. Our 1sttime ordering a hot sub. The #17 was delicious. We went on St. Patrick's Day for double points. I did not receive them. Onebrief message through the app, I received the rest of my points. It was confirmed by an email with a sincere apology. We makemistakes....it's how we rectify them, that makes the difference. Read more

So much I came back for dinner. Boy. 180 in service. The guy Corey was rude. Now I don?tknow if that?s even his name but he was the only man at the time. My receipt has a different name. This rating is based on literal lack of service, not food since they refused to come to the counter. It?s 7:30 (granted a... holiday) and 75% of the lights in the store are off. So as I?m pulling up to a near empty parking lot I am 1) pointedly lookingin to discern if they?re open and 2) clearly headed to just this place. I see two guys standing behind the counter, who proceedto fast walk to the back as I?m getting out. The door?s unlocked, Google said they?re open until 9? I wait about a minute forsomeone to reappear, say ?hello? twice to no answer, and finally shout ?are you open???which receives a delayed ?no?! The Vapepen left near the register was a good indicator how many f$&@s these guys gave. Read more
