I haven?t been to a Jimmy John?s in years, probably over 5 years honestly. My experience here was absolutely fantastic. The male... employee taking my order was very friendly and quick. The other employee making the sandwich was also fantastic. All employeesworking here sounded as if they enjoyed being there and had an upbeat positive attitude. The sandwich was perfect, exactly how Iordered it and they even graciously offered me a box to take everything I ordered home. I will be coming back to this locationfor my next sandwich adventure very soon. Read more

WOW! What a change,and not for the better!! They are always so welcoming here. Our whole organization is behind this building,... and this really is the go to for lunch unless you bring your own... which every once and a while I don't. As a chain, it's thepeople who really set this restaurant apart. Addendum: I won't be coming back any longer. Too bad, I really liked it and hadalways felt welcome. I had a big bill, and had ordered on my app (I guess the plus is that I can remove the app so it can stoptaking up room on my phone), it's right after the lunch rush,and there has never been a problem with me using a big bill before.I should have known that when my husband was yelled at for asking for a plastic spoon it was going downhill (no, he had notpurchased anything that day, but I had, and really should he have been yelled at). I would recommend any of the other hundredsof options around here. I also should have known better since I worked with several people who also worked here and theycautioned me not to frequent this location. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACE! they advertise such yummy sandwiches on DoorDash so I ordered the Cubano sandwich and what... I received was a rock hard roll and a ton of Mayo one piece of ham and the bacon looked like it was plastic. They told me theywould refund me and then I get a call that they decided to not refund me because they don?t see anything wrong with the sandwichthat they prepared for me. I wouldn?t even feed this food to the squirrels. Read more
