Delicious keto biscuits, crackers & crisps! Wonderful pizzas, casseroles and desserts. It?s the only place around that sells... consistently flavorful, freshly made, not highly processed low carb products. Also appreciate that they label true carb content,not just net carbs. This is place is amazing! As a newfound diabetic managing through Keto, this place has been one of the few bright spots in... regards to eating. I see many people that say its expensive, but I guarantee those people don\'t REALLY live a keto lifestyle.If they did, they would understand the price to keep bad ingredients out of the food is quite steep. Try buying a pound ofacceptable sweetener, its like 4x the price of sugar! Speaking of sugar, there is no place in the city I can get a dessertthats good for my health. There is a meal plan to purchase if you would like to follow the keto lifestyle and do notwant to cook. Vicki, the owner, is always trying new recipes and will go above and beyond for her customers. Great concept for those wanting to stick to Keto, but inconsistent delivery times and pushes the limits of food safety.... Delivered $250 worth of food 2 hours earlier than the delivery window of 4-8pm. Food sat out for 5+ hours in 70 degree weather.When I emailed her about it, she told me I should have let her know I was at work and that it?s COVID so someone is usuallyhome. So, it?s my fault I didn?t tell her I was at work at 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon?? She told me the food was ?probably okto eat.? The food was not ok, it wasn?t cold at all and included highly perishable items. This was after I had already purchased$2800 worth of food from her and she still wouldn?t fix the issue, only made excuses and put the blame on me. There was nonotice that the food would be delivered early. It was unseasonably warm in February and she didn?t make the proper adjustmentsto her delivery method to make sure the food would be safe for consumption, ie. delivering later in the day, delivering food ina styrofoam cooler, notifying customers their food was delivered, etc. Instead of adapting, she just made excuses.
