Had a very poor experience at this location. We placed an online order and on line said it will be ready in 5 minutes. I live 10... minutes away so plenary of time to prep the order. Once I arrived, they couldn?t find the order by the order number. The rudemanager said they go by names. I explained and show the order number. Come to find out, the lady behind the counter whiletexting on her cell phone didn?t even print off the order to be filled. The manager comes around the corner and tells me theorder will be late due to French fries. My order didn?t even have fries. So needless to say I will not be spending any moremoney at this particular restaurant. The chicken was poorly over cooked. They also dropped a major item off the order. Read more
Great food but service was slacking as the first person totally didn't help at all with getting an online order and the second... asked name and then went into office to talk to supervisor. Had to ask for silverware and still received no plates or napkins. Read more
Stuck to menu. No substitutes. No two legs only a leg and a thigh. No 3 wing meal only 2 wings and a breast which turned out to... be 2 wings and a thigh. I hate dark meat! Not impressed. Read more
I couldn?t hear at the machine so I apologized because I couldn?t hear and told her I think the machine isn?t turned up or... something wrong with the machine she got an attitude because I couldn?t hear her and then when I got to the window I asked herto repeat it because we couldn?t hear her and then she got nasty and rude because she need to fix the order because it wasn?tcorrect from me not hearing her at the menu. I was really nice and i apologized for not hearing her correctly and she had noreason to catch an attitude like that. Read more
Kfc isn't my go to but I decided to stop by tonight after work. I ordered the Buffalo wing combo, the spicy chicken combo, and a... chicken leg. I didn't check my bag until I got home which I normally check before I pull off so thats my fault.... The fry boxeswere laying down once I checked them their were about 6 fries in each box. Instead of them giving me the chicken leg they gaveme a biscuit instead. The Buffalo wings were trash hardly any meat so I just picked through them.. This was definitely moneywasted. This place has the best KFC chicken in the whole area of Richmond. I order a 12pc meal for my family and was greeted by this... nice person name Joseph. The mangers made sure I had everything that I needed and the food was hot and fresh thanks a lot Malik.Special thanks to Robert about telling me this donation to the military kids that can also give you a coupon book. Blatant rudeness and didn?t provide side dishes. Wouldn?t recommend this particular location. It seems overboard to complain and... not receiving the full meal you paid for is a definitely a first world problem, but you choose the job you have and should do itproperly and with courtesy.
