Dirty, the manager on her phone face timing while taking my order using cuss words. Drive-through backed up...my walk-in order... was ready, but she keep making the drive-thru orders while my order was sitting in bags on the counter and she talked on thephone.???? Her children were the only ones in the lobby and they ran around screaming. I will contact the corporate office aboutthis location on Belt Blvd in Richmond VA. Read more
I will never go here again chicken was dry no taste call to talk to Manager she didn't even come to the phone she relay... her answers through an employee not professional at all and customer service was awful I never do this but this was justunacceptable I will never patronize another KFC Read more
I love the staff here. They're full of energy and very welcoming. Food is always good whemever I visit!
To start off the food was hot and out very quickly, I ate inside their dining room was very clean along with the bathrooms but I... ended up leaving my wallet there I tried calling but for some reason their number wasn?t accepting calls so I just ended updriving the 30 minutes back to it to see if it was turned in or if the employees may have seen it and grabbed it thankfully theemployees did see it thought it was a piece of clothing at first because it was on the window seal instead of table? I wanted togive the employee a tip just to say thank you but didn?t know which one was the one who turned it in? I wish I would?ve askedwhen I got it back because she does deserve a thank you for being truthful I had cash in my wallet all of it was there I wasjust so shooken up I didn?t think about asking who found it to tip them I may go back one day to see if I can find out and dothat. Order through doordash and chicken was old and cold and hard I was missing food and my half a gallon sweet teas this place is... trash I brought up my concerns for my food and I got ignored and eye rolled by the assistant manager I believe he was.
