I was very displeased with the poor service received at the Richmond, VA south side location. I think it?s Tim Price parkway. I... ordered a mixed dozen, the teller says it?s $23.00. When I get to window I again asked what the charge for a mixed dozen is andshe replied $14 something. With no explanation she takes my card and when asked for a receipt she took awhile to give it. ***At the Tim Price Way location*** The lady with the unpronounceable name that starts with "W" of African descent and sound... like a baby has a very very bad attitude!!! She made me wait at the menu board to place an order for 2 donuts and a small cup ofcoffee, she made me repeatedly repeat my order 3 times as if I wasn't speaking loud enough.The worst I've ever come across! Iask her for the store number and her name she asked me why??? Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful! I instantly ask for themanager because of how I was treated. I tried to have a private conversation but the lady was all in my mouth and uttering wordsas I talked to the manager, the manager didn't even have the decency to remove her from the window knowingly that the lady wasstill standing beside her, she need to be fired! I do not patronize Krispy Kreme often; the donuts are too sweet, but I had a sweet tooth and reluctantly detoured to attempt to... find something. The hours clearly showed retail store open til 10 p.m., but the door was locked. Then an employee told me thatthe lobby closes at 9 and only the drive-thru was open, but it was 8:57. Probably would have been disappointed anyway as I havebeen in the past so they saved me from disappointment. Just annoyed that I wasted my valuable time going there in the firstplace.???? Read more

Came in to buy donuts for the nurses at VCU to show my appreciation for the great care of my loved one. The young lady behind... the counter was so helpful and cheery. I really enjoy Krispy Kreme donuts, especially when they come out with the specialty donuts. This particular location can be... crowded at times and the drive through sometimes wraps around the building. The staff is friendly, but they do occasionally runout of some of the specialty items, so get there early! Read more
I had requested doughnuts without the glaze and apparently they don't do that. Fortunately, my passengers all were able to get... the doughnuts they wanted and that made it all worth it. The person running the drive-thru was patient with us while we took ourtime deciding on our dozen choices, definitely enjoyed not feeling rushed. It was a good experience, I just think that thisplace is not for me. Read more
