I keep forgetting i hate this place and coming on accident because the location is great. No public restrooms, loud music, no... seats, customer service is a literal nightmare, I've had them double charge me then double serve me like that makes it betterthat they refused to refund the drink i didn't order or need. Can someone please explain to me why I could not be serviced at 9:43pm today? When the store is supposed to close at 10pm? I... understand they do pre cleaning to leave as soon as they close but seriously? not even 9:45pm and they couldn't make me adrink.. waste of time and gas for kids that want to make up their own closing times. ridiculous. I dont usually post a review but I got scared from what happened. So, we love kung fu tea and always get some when we go out.... But last Saturday, when we were in Richmond, we got our taro slush here to drink on the road and wintermelon milk tea withpudding and boba when we get home. First, I found it odd that the pudding was almost half of the large cup but didnt mind. Rightafter I finish it though, I did not feel well and when I threw up I saw a pill with S in it. I did not eat nor drink anythingother than the milk tea then so I was pretty sure I ingested it from the milk tea. Never going to get my boba teas from there. Read more
they didnt have the kirby tea but they have this and its so good

Date of visit : 7/26/19. This is my second time coming to this place. The only problem is the parking . We had to park a block... away to get here. Once here the ambience is good. AC is just right. We arrived here at 12:20 just 20 minutes after its opening .No wait timing. Service was fast. Wait time from order to pickup was 4 minutes . They have restrooms if your bladder needs morespace before filling yourself with awesomeness. Taro is my thing.. ask for less ice and less sugar. This is a great Boba tea place within walking distance of the VCU campus. Sometimes the wait can be a few minutes but it?s never... too long. The menu says they have different sweetness levels, but you have to tell them how sweet you want your tea because theywon?t ask you. Overall delicious tea and good selection of flavors/boba. Read more
