Came in on a very busy Friday night. There was a lot of new staff on the floor and the other staff were being very helpful and... efficient in training them. Idk what's going on with the fanceroni pepperoni as of lately but it's definitely not being sold as advertised and I know... because I consistently get it. The past couple of weeks it's been sold to me as a regular pepperoni and cheese with extrapepperoni on hand tossed dough when that's not the same as what's being advertised on TV and the stores. I know if I order itagain and it looks nothing like the ad I'll just simply decline the order and consider it a wasted trip and time. Read more
I don't know who was working today or what new hire made our two classic cheese pizzas but these the BEST pizzas I got from... them in a while. Someone was happy to be at work today. It taste like they made it for themselves then gave it to me. Added alil seasoning from home and had to write this. The crust was so soft and fresh tasting. Read more

We eat at store located at, 6040 Brook Rd, Richmond, VA 23227 at least once a week. Family of 5. We picked up dinner last night... Friday 28Oct22 at 730pm and witnessed the employees in the kitchen preparing food and wiping their noses/faces and continuing toprepare food without any gloves on. It was absolutely disgusting.
