I always come to this location when I used to live on this side of town and every time I'm with my family, I come to this... location. The service is the same, they work hard due to limited staff but because of the great flavors and outstanding dealthat would put the "other" pizza companies out of business they stay busy. As a retail manager, I respect anyone who cooks myfood as they work to make sure the order is right and when it's wrong, they always correct it without any issues, which is why Icome to Little Ceasars before any other pizza company. The worst experience ever,waited 30 min just to get to the order screen then it took the young man 5 min before he took my order... I ordered cheese bread and a deep dish pepperoni so then another 30min later I get to the window and he ask me if I had placedan order already what do you Mean have I placed an order already? Apparently he doesn't have my order so he rings it up andtells the girl what I have. Went to the location but waited for 20 min an no one even bothered to come to the register to take my order. There were 5 people... waiting on their orders that I guess they placed online and no one even checked in with them. I would give no stars if I could.No customer service at all. Read more
