Tried to buy steak egg n cheese bisc.. I asked for extra sauce. Served me and no extra sauce. Asked for extra. They bring me a... cup with a drop of sauce in it. Wastes the cup. This is the 4th time I've placed my order using their mobile app, added my sauce to my order, and asked at the team member at... the window about the sauce and they've replied "it's in the bag." This is the 4th time I've found that isn't true. I try torespect everyone's time and often don't double check at the window, especially if I've asked. I never thought I'd be reviewing alocation based on their forgetfulness in regards to sauce but at this point it just seems like laziness. I don't always havetime to run in, or go back through the drive through, and this has grown frustrating. I know we're all often doing our best,but this makes it not worth getting fast food -- especially with prices rising. I'm going to take a break from this location andhope it's better down the road. I just LOVE getting a burnt Egg McMuffin says NO one. This is the 2nd burnt one I've gotten recently. First they gave me a... sausage biscuit that I didn't order so I drove back to get my Egg McMuffin and when I opened it, this is what I got. Usually okay but their service has been degrading and today, I just had a drive thru attendant scream at me that she would 'BE... WITH ME IN A MINUTE' after hearing a voice prompt to 'go ahead with my order'. The tone in her voice made her sound like thetype of disgruntled employee that would spit in someone's food. Read more
