I recently stopped at the drive thru at the Mcdonald's location 2011 Chamberlayne Ave Richmond Va. I asked could I have a... medium hot fry and large sweet tea, immediately the young lady employee taking my order replied, "We don't have any hot fries,all our fries our cold", I stated , "Are you kidding me", she repeated again, " We don't have hot fries all our fries are cold".I then asked, "Well do you have any fries that are warm", she stated again that all they serve are cold fries and then statedthey they do not have any sweet tea and stated that you guys do not ever have sweet tea and she replied, " If you don't like it,then don't come here anymore. I pulled around to the pay window and I stated to the lady employee taking the order that I couldnot believe how she was talking to me, She was laughing loudly and repeatedly kept saying, "Oh I was just playing". I asked tospeak to a manager and a guy came to the window and I told him about this incident with this employee. He stated, "Oh man shewas just playing" and I stated, "and you don't even care, this is a business". He then stated to me "I told you that she wasjust playing so what do you want to do with this order, are you going to pay for it" I told him that I didn't want it nowbecause of the disrespect, insults, humiliation, non professionalism, and lack of the the very poorest of customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I drive for a couple of food delivery companies and there is always a problem with this location.... Either the lobby is closed, they take forever to make the food, or something else. Most recently I waited in the drive through(lobby closed) for 30 MINUTES! When I finally got the the order box to tell them I was picking up an order they were allgiggling and laughing and asked me to wait a moment because there was an issue. I could hear them through the box laughing andswearing while they tried to fix whatever problem. They finally asked what I needed and I told them I was just there to pick upand order. Got to the window and watched as the employees stood around watching TikTok?s until someone noticed I was there.Surprise surprise they couldn?t find the order. Allegedly their system wasn?t showing that order even though I showed them theorder details and they refused to make it because ?it wouldn?t be paid for? even though someone had clearly placed and paid forthe order already. I ended up calling the customer and cancelling the order. If this was the first this something like thishappened it would be no big deal but it?s almost every time I pick up orders from here and it?s getting beyondridiculous! Nope, no thanks. Credit card machines weren't working which had me worried at first, being in a different state I thought my... cards weren't working, tried 5 other cards, still nothing. She claimed it worked that day. And then other people started havingissues. Not only that, it seemed like they were out of the menu items I wanted, the workers didn't care about what language theyused in front of clients, and it took forever to get our food. This place is for the most part ran by children. I ordered a fresh meal, meaning newly cooked. Smh, that's definitely NOT what I... received. The fish was an overcooked fish chip, and the fries were potato sticks. I took it back and explained the situation andwas given another one, and again you could tell that they took an already cooked piece of fish and put it back in the grease andfried it longer. DO NOT EAT HERE I have door-dashed and uber eats from this location several times, due to the fact that l work long hours, and... will never eat here again. The fries are always cold, the burger is undercooked and pink on the inside, and the restaurantrefuses to allow you to make special notes on your order. The food is normal. Lots of young people as staff members that are doing the minimum to keep their job. You can almost count... on getting asked for money by one or two people either in the parking lot or in the restaurant.
