Worst McDonalds in Richmond! I went to get a meal, burger, fries, and nuggets! But inside the nugget box was 2 pcs of cookies... instead of 6 PCs nuggets! Why do they do this? It?s so unprofessional! Or they must be high?! The fries is also cold and soggy?the management need to train their people to do their job properly!!!!! Or must close this ghetto branch!!!! Ughh. Read more
Did not have any food to serve customers at 3 AM. I asked where the closest serving restaurant was and the employee looked at me... like I was crazy. After I drove to their location! A manager was very helpful. But still disappointing to drive that far thattime of night. Read more
Went Sunday evening order over 25 dollars worth of food I order 2double fish 1 double fish combo and 2 big kids happy meals . 1... of my double fish wasn't in my bag . I went to inform the server's about my missing sandwich I waited over 25 mins for my othersandwich so the result of the mistake y'all made my other food was completely cold because the situation.So I mentioned since Iwaited for over 25mins what are going to do about my cold food they looked puzzled I just left feeling disgusted. Sat at the drive thru speaker for awhile and nobody answred. 0I had a doordash order and accepted the order and they said they... weren't accepting any orders even doordash and ect because they had to switch to breakfast. Read more
Drive thru not consistent on getting people through in a timely manner. Some days it's a smooth process but most days it takes... too long with the drive through process. Awful! Read more
This is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. I only ordered 2 medium caramel frappe?s. When I got my order the cups had... liquid all over them. They were leaking liquids onto my shoes. I asked for a napkin and got ignored by the coworker there. Thepeople at this McDonald?s are careless and don?t need that job at all. They also got multiple other people orders wrong. Theyneed a manager or supervisor in there to properly run that place. I don?t recommend this place to anyone. Read more
Drive thru was quick. Check bags before pulling off. Food was yummy. Needed 10packs of sugar to begin to Get tea sweet.
