I ordered a Big Breakfast with hot cakes from the McDonalds drive-thru. Got all the way home and discovered there were only cold... hotcakes in the container. I have tried several times to call the location and they are not answering. Now I have to go all theway across town to go back and inform them of their error. I am very disappointed in this service. I genuinely wish I had a refund. Being 3rd in lobby line took 10 minutes before getting my order taken. Had to repeat my order... because cashier was not listening. Order came out fast, but was so cold, dry, and pathetic. I also had to go back in because mybottled beverage was also forgotten, of course. No apology, nothing...just handed my beverage in silence. What a rip-off for $9!I understand the restaurant is probably understaffed, but better employees who "give a d*mn" would definitely improve things. Atleast I got 11 napkins. Read more
The staff members were so nice. Like? it just seemed like all of them were having a great day and it rubbed off. My chicken was... a little over cooked but everything else for my family was perfect. Read more

Food from this one is always hit or miss. It'll hit if it's lunchtime but any other time definitely ask to have your food made... to order, because employees here are more than happy to give you cold leftovers from the last batch of nuggets or fries. I hategiving fast-food workers a hard time but when I feel my business isn't respected enough to provide hot food, I get annoyed realquick. Read more
I literally hate this McDonald's! Went to get a LARGE mango pineapple smoothie just for the lady worker to make a strawberry... banana smoothie. So then I tell her that was not the correct kind I ordered. She then proceeds to dump that one out & use theexact same cup to come back with a half way filled smoothie & an attitude!
