It was my 1st time at this McDonald?s location & about my 5th time at a McDonald?s in VA. I?m from Texas but just moved here... from California. I?ve been ordering Vanilla Cappuccino for years without any issues in these 2 states. I move to VA & a VanillaCappuccino is an item on their menu but every time I order one the machine spits out a cold/bitter drink that tastes nothinglike a cappuccino. At every VA location they just shrug their shoulder, say ?I don?t know? and say it?s not a drink peoplereally order. ?It?s the machine.? Well if it?s the machine & the item is listed on your menu it?s probably something you guysshould look into or stop serving this item since your machine doesn?t make it properly. Calibrate the machine, askmanagement/corporate, learn what this drink should taste like. This has happened to me & 5 different VA locations in the Fairfax& Richmond area & it?s unacceptable! I went through the drive through around 10:15-10:20pm and I sat at the speaker box for about 3-5min and nobody took my order. So... I pull forward.. as I pull forward it takes the worker at the window a little bit to say a word to me- once a word is said Iexplain to her that my order was never taken and I sat at the speaker box for about 5 mins. She said ? I just took their order,there?s no way you were sitting at the speaker box for 5mins honey. You can drive back around and I?ll take your order causethere?s no way I can take it here ?. I do understand they were understaffed, but I also feel like there could have been a betterway the conversation could have gone or the way things could have been said. I was not rude when informing her about my wait- Iwas just letting her know the reason as to why I pulled up to the window with no order. Read more

From walking in from the parking lot I was greeted with a smile from one of the employees, Dwayne. He had a smile the entire... along with a positive attitude. The entire team is quick and efficient. I placed an order on the mobile app and was about to get up to go get my order and someone brought it out to me and frankly I... couldn't believe it. Super friendly guy and very helpful. Our food was piping hot and a good value when using the app. Read more

Really wanted some good hot crispy fries. I guess I should have told them that. I got stale cold and limp fries. Medium is 2.64... after tax. Small used to be $1 not 1.89 Makes you really just want to go to a place with good food. If you're going to payt thatmuch anyway. Read more

If their life depended on it they wouldn't be able to get an order right. I order from door dash frequently and gave them a few... chances before I was going to blackball them completely. But they always forget something in my order and this time they forgota drink and both large fries from both meals. It's very clearly written on the order slip it's like they just didn't care. Itshard for me to understand how you can get something so easy so wrong. Read more
