I was having my car serviced and went to McDonald's for breakfast which is less then a 3 min walk. The restaurant was clean and... new. I came in with a gentleman waiting in line. I am not sure how long he was waiting but it was 3 min before he just went tothe kios. I waited for 5 min with crew membes walking by and not saying anything. Finally the lady that was filling the orderscame to the register. She told me, I wanted you to use the kios. She was visibly irritated and was slightly rude. My order cameup fast. I asked for ketchup and the lady once again seemed as if I was inconvenience her. The gentleman before me struggledwith the kios and finally place his order after my food came out. After that a lady came in after and was asking the gentlemanwho struggled for help. Ordered: Susage, Egg and Cheese biscuits with hashbrown and coffe. My hashbrown was hard and cold. Iwill not come back. I will not give a company or location my money for poor service. Read more
The drive thru cashier was very nice and professional. Great customer service. The fries were horrible. 30+ years going to... McDonald's all over the United States and I've never tasted such texturally cardboard-like, weirdly flavored fries like these.First time ever not eating my french fries. Shocked how gross they were. DO NOT GO! I ordered 2 sausage biscuits, since that is what it is called on the menu and depicts a muffin with sausage, egg, and... cheese. I was given a biscuit with only sausage inside for both of them and wasn't even given the discount of "buy one, get onefor $1." I ended up going back through to get the correct order which they had a very difficult time understanding and speakingEnglish. They continued to not understand that I wanted it with egg, cheese, AND THE MEAT AND BISCUIT. Finally, I got a refundwith the correct order placed, only to receive the wrong item being a PANCAKE SANDWICH WITH BACON AND CHEESE. Ultimately, Iwalked into the building to recover the correct item after trying 3 times and with no apology or compensation for theirmistake. Overall I would say: 1. Poor communication on their end 2. This place was sketchy af. We stopped to grab food and go to the restroom. The bathrooms had blood in the stalls on the baby... changing table and the toilets were covered in fecal matter. We didnt even use the bathroom we decided to try somewhere else sowe left. Read more
EDIT: This location used to be great. I suppose the employees that actually knew anything about how to work effectively have... since moved on, and have left it to low IQ animals. I've tried it 3 times in the last 35 days or so, they currently have someonewho can't speak English on the drive through, and incompetent juveniles running the kitchen, whose deep interest in goofing offwill see you sitting in line upwards of 15mins. Will the food be worth the wait you might wonder? Absolutely not. I attachedpictures of my 'burger'. Hands down the best McDonalds in the area. I'm not going to say I've been 100% satisfied with theirservice and food 'every' time I've been there, but I'll say at least 90%. No handprint squished burgers, no under cooked no saltfries, no mumbling drooling staff at the window, and they are usually super quick. Nearly everything I've gotten has beenprepared correctly, quickly, and been provided with good customer service. Read more
