My husband has not been to McDonald?s in years and he actually had only bad things to say about his past experiences. I had a... craving I could not shake off and requested him to please get me a Big Mac and fries. It has been raining so hard and heimmediately told me no. I was able to convince him after pleading a good case. He returned to tell me that it was the bestMcDonald?s he?s been to. It was so clean, everyone was courteous and attentive and he said the fries and chicken nuggets were sogood! I agree with him and the Big Mac hit the spot! Staff cancelled my order ahead order through the app. Pulled to the side of drive through to reorder through the app, staff... member came out, and told me to move my vehicle in a very demanding way. Service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. Ileft and went across the street to Starbucks! Read more
I usually go to this McDonalds because they had fast and amazing service. However this time, when ordering 10 piece nuggets and... asking for ketchup, they did not get my order right. Only 8 nuggets and no ketchup even though it was clearly on the receipt.Overall, I wish they could have checked the order beforehand. Please check! Read more

The bread was old. As you can see how broken up it was and how it stuck to My fingers. I asked for lite lettuce. I actually got... more lettuce than anything else. The patty is small now it should be call a Jr. Mac. Most of all the Mac sauce was was in thebox on the side. My meal was walked to three other cars before it came to our vehicle. It was not in order. You could tell theworkers had slight attitudes. I spent $27 and some change on a thrown together meal that was not worth the price. The fries weremostly end pieces. My two Mac chickens were dry. I like fresh food and I always request that and always make them aware that I'm willing to wait. I received my food very quickly... and just like I thought it was ice box cold. I took the food back and got a refund they were looking at me like what's wrong yougave me the food so you already know what the problem is. I got my money back no one was rude or anything however food should befresh especially after requesting it. I get my breakfast at this location almost everyday. They are always friendly. There is this one employee (male, tall, black)... who works the drive through... I am so sorry I dont know his name, but he has THE BEST customer service. Today I couldn't comeat my normal time and it was well past breakfast...but guess what I got!!! My regular breakfast meal. He made it happen and Iwas so thankful because my lip was poked out. I tell you this is the best location in my area...Kudos to you guys, keep up thegreat work. Read more
