I wouldn't even know if they had good food as both times I've been in there I couldn't even get my food as there was absolutely... zero staff to provide adequate service. No manager on duty to ensure proper function of the restaurant and the other employeeswill only do the jobs they're hired to perform instead of trying to multitask and work as a team but with being so shortstaffed, I don't really blame them, as it would still be too much for them. Needs more employees and management should always bethere to oversee the progress or you will end up with a standstill and never being served. I have finally come to the conclusion that this is not food. It was a fortunate realization. The burgers were cold and hard,... fries were warm but little greasey chips. I have been a customer since one of the first restaurants in Chicago in the 60's butthat is over. Read more
Do not recommend. Only accept cash in drive through so we went inside. Staff refused to serve us and completely ignored me and... my family. We went back to the drive-through where the workers had the most outrageous disrespectful attitudes I?ve ever seen infast food workers. No one at the counter to take orders, so I'm going to assume the restaurant was short handed. Placed our order through the... automated board and couldn't pay but our order went through so I walked up to the counter to pay and the manager (?) came to theregister to tell me ( ki nda rudely) I hadn't paid. Duh! That's why I'm standing there. We eventually received our food and weresitting in the dining area when when of the customers started schooling (loudly) the same person on their job!
