It has been so long since my last visit I had forgotten how awesome Mosaic’s staff are! Perfect evening for patio seating. I... had a terrific Braised Beef Sparerib with whipped potatoes and Brussel sprouts , but the crowning jewel was desert: “OOEYGOOEY” BUTTER CAKE served warm with salted caramel gelato. We had an amazing dinner at Mosaic. The food and the service were both phenomenal. Our server CiCi, was friendly with great... energy and a perfect knowledge of the menu. Her recomendations were on point. The cornmeal fried oysters were perfectlyprepared. They cornmeal gave them a wonderful crispy texture and the candied bacon was more of a jam and provided a sweetcompliment. The combination was perfect. We also tried the salmon croquets which were also aperfect blend of textures. Myhusband had the short rib with brocolini instead of mashed potatoes. He loved it. The brussel sprouts were my favorite. Tryall of those things. Their bar knows a thing or two about cocktails as well. We enjoyed two expertly crafted cocktails, the"river road" which was light and refershing and the "Gimi Gimi your love" which packed a flavorful kick. We don't normally dodeserts but our server CiCi raved about the Ooey Gooey Cake that we had to try it. It was worth every carb and the extra timein the gym the next day. From our initial call answered by Shane to let them know we had the wrong location and would be latefor our reservation, to the arrival of our desert, every thing was absolutely perfect. I have been here twice now with a friend to get the winter time boozy hot cocoa- they do an excellent job making cocoa that... feels luxurious, and has creative toppings. This year we also got food- my black bean burger was palatable but not out of thisworld. My friend got the salmon croquettes which were initially served frozen, and by the time they made it right, I hadfinished my black bean burger, plus 5ish minutes. In short, not bad food, just not worth the price with the exception of thecocoa. Read more
Honestly, I went here after seeing the boozy hot chocolate on Instagram, but we ended up loving everything we had. Smoked gouda... app and the pork belly entrée were so good. Also great service and price point for portions is pefect! We'll definitely beback soon. Read more
One of the best meals we have ever had. Everything was amazing from start to finish. We had the brussel sprouts appetizer, pork... belly and short ribs for entree, and ooey gooey butter cake for dessert. Service was fantastic and our server Cece was the best.We will definitely be back. Read more
