Didn?t get a refund for this but, I?ve had issues with this location before and have only called once or twice if it had to do... with things I had requested off my bowls but, this shrimp was gross, I ate half the bowl before I even looked at the shrimp andsaw this. Definitely won?t order here again considering they hung up on me when I wanted a refund, also the fact they were sorude on the phone and I?ve actually worked for a different noodles and company location a couple years ago and there?s no reasonfor them to be rude. I never even got my refund because they didn?t ask about when I ordered, or anything just straight up hungup. I was polite on the phone but didn?t even think about calling back because I knew they wouldn?t even listen. Read more
My pot stickers were great. Had buttered noodles too and the seasoning was really good but noodles were way to aldente for me.... Didn't know they were like this or I would of taken them back but my husband was in the hospital and I didn't have the time totake them back. Just make sure if you like your noodles cooked more to tell them. Only the second time eating from this chain,first time at this particular store. Read more
First time ever visiting Noodles and Company. We where in the area and wanted to try something different. The food was good, my... favorite was the garlic bread though. So delicious!! The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. But the thing thatreally earns the 5 stars is the customer service. The cashier, I wish I got her name, was amazing! (She was up front around4-5pm) I told her we've never been here before and I had a bunch of questions, even asking what kind of noodles are what. ????She was so patient with us. Never made us feel like we were wasting her time, and happily answered the ridiculous questions wehad. Nowadays, it's hard to find employees with that much care for customer service. Most restaurants you go to you can barelyget a "hello" from the workers. But she was phenomenal! We accidentally forgot our side salad and didn't realize it was neverbrought to us until we were done eating. When we brought it to her attention she apologized and made us one to go, and even gaveus a free bowl for the trouble. Which it was no big deal at all! But we were blown away by it. All I?ll say is just run ??????????? I am new to this area was just driving by and thought I?d give it a try. Worse decision... ever! I should have known that there was a reason the parking lot was almost completely empty. The smell of the food was soweird and almost unbearable, but me being optimistic to trying something new thought maybe it contains fish sauce. Long storyshort I shared with my spouse and we are both sick!!!! It was gross and we became sick after only tasting it. The remainder wentstraight to the garbage where it belonged. My first time having their Tofu pad Thai & it was very tasty! The noodles on the other hand weren?t very authentic & my... potstickers were very soft as well, usually they?re fried hard. my family and I ordered dinner from them just last night. We ordered 2 Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. One of the noodles hard which... makes me think they weren?t cooked all the way and the second one was very dry and really wasn?t spicy at all. both was not hotlet alone warm . The 3 Potstickers was very tiny and wasn?t enough for my son this time. The rice crispy was very hard and dry, taste like it was a few days old. I always went to the one on Battlefield off of Bell Creek Road which always receive 5 stars.But this time I decided to get our dinner from the one on Willow lawn. Love the zoodle option for each dish. $1.75 additional price for it, is high especially when the prices are already very high. ... 2 combos and 1 small entrée subbing zoodles was $50 plus tip. Nothing extra or upgrades. Service was exemplary! Read more
