I for one enjoyed trips to here before covid. The delicious salad and fresh rolls were great. Now their a menu item and the... food was pretty bland. Good, but nothing to write home about. Now, to be transparent I had surgery and the meds may have alteredmy taste buds. So I will try again in the near future. I'm curious to read other's bout the quality and taste of their food.Salud. We were seated at a table that was not fully cleaned. The server did not ask to refill any of our drinks and took over 20... minutes to bring waters after we requested water and breadsticks( the breadsticks showed up with the to-go box). The food wasgood but the service was horrible. The server came to the table to ask if we needed anything when we had asked for water andbreadsticks already, during which he did say that our food was ready, but he did not have it with him. Chicken Parmigiana!! The salad. Our waiter was great too. I like that any Olive Garden I go to is the same. No surprises. ... Of course, it can’t compete with family Italian restaurants, but there you go! Read more
Great prompt service, friendly staff. My issue was with food. No such thing as soup…..it was a bowl of pasta with 3 tbsp of... liquid, no veggies, a trace of protein. Maybe the recipe changed, if so I will not return for my favorite soup & salad….nomore. Read more
Olive Garden is a personal preference choice, and it's not everyone's favorite. I personally enjoy it, but my experience here... was particularly exceptional due mostly to genuinely exceptional service. Fae was absolutely wonderful, and was probably themost standout service employee I've encountered in years. She was the reason I bothered to write this review about a brand Ithink most people already have a set opinion on, because any place that employs someone as committed to positive customerinteractions and satisfaction as her should get some form of recognition. It turned what would have been a slightly aboveaverage night stop on a week long vacation into a terrific end to a day. I cannot praise her and the kitchen staff behind herenough. Read more
Had a wonderful Sunday lunch here. I didn’t catch our waitresses name but it was a taller black female with long hair who had... amazing customer service. I wish I had her name to directly recognize her because she was awesome. Food came out quickly andbottomless bread sticks and salads were tasty and filling. Today we visited this Short Pump area Olive Garden at 11829 W. Broad Street. It looks very new, and the staff are very friendly... and efficient. We like Olive Garden, because it has a very reliable menu. We order a low carb item, Grilled Chicken Margheritawith broccoli, and it was delicious. The portions are very generous, and there were two grilled chicken breasts for each plate. It’s wonderful that we had extra chicken breasts to take home with us in an eco friendly container! Food wasn't consistently good. We went in for lunch had shrimp frito misto (shrimp fritters) it was good ordered it again for... dinner after 1 week it was so Salty. Manager stated that nothing was changed. May it's the deep frying oil collecting salt allday. Read more
