Not great, but edible. Customer service was meh. The driver forgot an item so when I called they issued a refund instead of... delivering the item. I asked why and they said they didn't have drivers at 630 pm on a Saturday. Even though I just had adelivery. Food was sorta edible. I had a calzone and a pie. It was bland and they used canned mushrooms. I'll try them againbut we'll see. Read more
Last straw with the place ? Don?t be like me, I got terrible food poisoning after eating a pizza from this store this week. I... had pretty much nothing else to eat that day, so the stabbing knives in my gut over the last few days certainly come from thatpizza. I have had so much trouble with this store ? them forgetting to deliver my order and then, after I called an hour and ahalf later, sending me a burned, stale pizza that had clearly been in a warming drawer for nearly 2 hours. Another time, theynever sent me a pizza because ?they weren?t receiving orders from GrubHub.? Another time, they called me and accused me of notpaying for my pizza (I paid in full with tip through Grubhub). Another time, they sent me a repeat order 2 HOURS after Ireceived my original order (yeah, a knock on my door at nearly 1am.. super cool) You might be asking, ?Adam, why did you keepordering from them?? Well, apparently I don?t learn lessons very well and the other pizza delivery chains that deliver later atnight in rva are equally sketchy. Anyway, I?ve learned my lesson (finally). Food is really expensive and uses the student ID trick to make people think the prices are reasonable. I ordered the ?homemade... meat lasagna? multiple times during the year and in the past 6 months it?s always been frozen. The meat is literally frosted andI couldn?t even cut the food. I?ve complained multiple times and even asked them to heat the food before they made it, but myextra words never changed the food. When ordering online or calling, they would never include sauces like ranch or blue cheesein meals that come with them. Let?s not ignore the fact that they always get the order wrong. Used to get cheesteaks here quite often but havent in a while. Just got some again tonight and half my sandwich basically has no... meat. Also it came in a grease soaked paper instead of the usual box it used to come in. Seems like they're cutting corners nowafter the opening a year or so ago. Read more
Cashier made me feel bad I didn?t have a student ID even though I am a student and I was told over the phone while ordering that... I would be able to get the discount. I was not ordering because they give a discount. They happen to be the only restaurant onthe block that is open on Monday?s!!!! In the end I did not get the discount. Instead, I got bready pizza and a lecture on why Ishould have a student ID?? For a measly %15 off? I do not care and will not be ordering again. Read more
