I went there yesterday for my two daughters one is grown and teen .. Miguel got nasty attitude wit my older daughter she is 6... mths pregnant ask him simple questions abt foods she don't want garlic or onion powder or onion it make her nausea she asked himvery nice can she have sample. Panda Express is a good choice for me because I am allergic to MSG and I have had bad experiences with places like a China Star... or Tops China saying there isn't any MSG and the having a reaction. The meal is affordable, healthy, and tasty. I like to gethalf chow main half rice but with their staff served buffet display style gives alot of choices. Being able to sample the entreeprior to purchase is a definite plus. Read more
I love Panda Express for the most part but i don?t like that Yu have a manager that can barely understand English, it took... Practically 10 minutes for him to get my order straight then when I pulled up to the window I seen that he was making orderswith no gloves on sticking his whole stem and hand in the rice pot along with the spoon putting it onto the plates. I askedone of the cashiers why he has no gloves on she Respond gloves break them out, so everybody in the restaurant have the sameallergic reaction to gloves or how about use non-latex there?s other options. She also said that The employees wash their handsevery 20 minutes after a task but clearly my man Miguel came all the way to the window to help the cashier out and went back toserving food without washing his hands. hit the drive thru around 9 PM. Decided on a plate. 2 entrees and a side. Looking at the pretty pictures and picked my first... one. $1.50 more. ok. picked my second. they are out. picked another one. out... I can understand if it was a restaurant and itwas the special and they ran out. but a corporate chain with a limited menu where its either chicken or beef should not run out. they have been open long enough to know what sells more than not in that area. The food is always fresh and portioned well. They would have received 5 stars but every time my team comes here at least 4 soda... fountains are down and the staff seems clueless on how to fix it or just lazy. It seams to me that switching out a soda bag fora customer is a small task. Read more
