Inside pickup of $32 Family Feast w/chicken noodle soup. Cup was full of broth and literally 1 carrot slice. As soon as I... brought it to kitchen staff's attenetion, it was obvious she knew before it was served because she switched the soup vat outwith a fresh one and provided me a cup of noodles. All for naught because the broth & noodles had absolutely no taste and thechicken was just as bland. I ordered 3 different sandwiches and not one sandwich label was marked. Turkey Bravos were dry, witha small dab of sauce directly in middle of sandwich. Attire of certain staff member was that of a street hood, wearing a hoodieover a t-shirt and pants sagging. This Panera used to be awesome. Now, not so much. I'll be going 12 minutes out of my way fromnow on to patronize the Chester location. Read more
I never do reviews but this was the last time I order from this place. My fiancé had order us lunch on the website for... delivery. We had missing items and the sandwich we did get had one little piece of chicken. All bread! I called THREE separatetimes to see if I can get a partial refund or a new sandwich and no answer. All calls were unanswered. For the total of ourorder this was absolutely ridiculous. This isn?t the first time we?ve had a problem here either. We will never be ordering fromthis location again. Apparently they can't count bagels. Ordered half a dozen and got 4.. plus no cream cheese. And they weren't sliced. Thanks for... wasting my money Panera Bread. And when I tried calling, at 10am, no one answers and it hangs up on you. Giving this store a badreview. Wouldn't recommend going to this location. Read more

Ordered sandwiches for curbside takeaway. The order was ready quickly. Unfortunately, two of the three sandwiches were made... incorrectly. For the Signature Take Chicken, they left off the cheese and the extra bacon we ordered. For the Toasted Steak,they left off the pickled onion. We had stopped ordering from this Panera for nearly 2 years, because they got our orders wrongalmost every time we ordered- like 8/10 times. So we were really hoping for a positive experience. Really panera this is not right 5.69 for a sandwich. Order the bacon egg on brioche and this is what you decided to put... together and send out to the customer. Went for breakfast. Ate the Mediterranean flatbread sandwich. It was good. Bread best part of sandwich. Coffee good. Shared a... blueberry muffin, which was amazing. All the treats looked yummy. Service fast. Only downside is prices. Not cheap eats. $20 fortwo. Also it was very cold inside restaurant. Visited again and had brunch. Breakfast ends at 10:30. This panera is the closest to me majority of the time, and it's by far the best place to eat at compared to most surrounding... establishments. I will admit I didnt expect my dinner to be any different than the tasteless meals I've had from close by. Youcan really tell who ever cooked the food I ate really loves what they do. If you cook with love it is noticed by any one whotastes your creations. I will be visiting this Panera as long as I reside in richmond, others are 5x more busy making me lateto get back from break. No soup is worth losing a job over that's why it took me so long to try this place out. Myexpectations were quite off and I'm glad to be wrong for a change. Read more
