Absolutely the worst!!!! This is a 24hour location. They are almost always sold out of everything. No bread to make sandwiches... no bagels no sweets. If by chance they do have bread I guarantee they missing one or two items to complete the sandwich. Who thehell wants soup with an apple?? I usually have fairly decent service at this Panera but honestly if there were other options I would definitely go elsewhere for... food when I?m working night shift. The lady who was tasked with running the cash register on 9/10 at midnight had a HORRIBLEattitude. She did not make any eye contact, was nasty when I asked her if they were out of the Cobb Salad as the self-servicecheckout wasn?t allowing me to check out and I noticed she rolled her eyes at a nurse who simply came up to ask if he had missedhis name being called for his meal. As medical professionals it?s hard enough working in the hospitals but now we have to dealwith people with zero customer service skills who want to take their terrible attitudes out on us. Damn! This location use to be good. I have noticed the food stored in containers nothing handmade or fresh made. Its the only location... inside the hospital at night. Its constantly under stocked, you have to come at 230-3 am so you can get the food you pay for.you pay for a large drink and get small cups cause they are out of large cups. I got a refund for my food and canceled my drinkmembership. Im through with Panera. Read more

This is the third time I ordered Mac and cheese and only get 1/2 the container full. $4.99 for 4 bites. Disappointed
They never make the coffee right the staff need to be retrained in all areas cafe is never really clean trash on the floor... countertops not wiped So an update I had to share I ordered a frozen coffee haven?t tried it yet but the note on it really mademy day very thoughtful to stop and write this shoutout to who ever LA is thanks ???? No espresso drinks for about 2 weeks now. Bring your caffeine with you if you're working overnight, most of the vending machines... here are broken too. Update: Still rarely have espresso drinks available after 7pm. Not sure why they are even in this buildingif they can only provide garbage coffee that sits all night. Read more
