Order food and it was a simple fix and I called to at least get them to fix my order and whom ever is hung up on me. Pizza usually good, mostly on time but they charge you for extras dips etc. but rarely give them and everytime I call the... manager says will return the money but never does. Just think all the money being charged to people and wasted money. Read more

I'm 2.3 miles away and they say I'm not in delivery range and they'll transfer me over to a local..this papa John's the closest... to my house I'm confused..like what's the delivery range ? Worst pizza experience ever. Called in my order at yesterday at 7:09 arrived at 7:43 to pick up my pizza and it was not ready... said that it was still in the oven Wain the oven waited 15 minutes to hear the manager in the background say I need Remake on a1/2 cheese half pepperoni which was the pizza I ordered I went to the counter and asked them if that was my pizza that they hadto remake and they lied to me and said that it was not so I asked if I could have my order and they said that it still needed tobe made I asked for a refund they gave me my money back and refused to give me the pizza I then called customer service tocomplain about my visit at the local store and customer service tells me there is nothing they can do to help me that they willhave to escalate it to a supervisor which could take up to 48 hours All the while I'm still hungry sitting in the papa John'sparking lot hoping to find some Food Dude I really wanted some pizza now I'm being forced to eat Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A is OKbut it's not as good when it's not the food you wanted in the 1st place Read more
I ordered ahead online & picked that I wanted my pizza done at 5:45pm. I get a text update at 5:23pm telling me that it is... already done & ready to be picked up. So my pizza was just sitting there for over 20 minutes before I was able to pick it up.This is NOT ok. I like my pizza hot & fresh, it wasn't even barely warm.
