I really hope this location goes out of business. Tonight was the final straw for me with this location, I ordered a simple NY... style triple cheese pizza and was sent a large pepperoni pizza instead, called the manager and kindly asked to have it remade,she says there will be a 45min-1hr wait...cool. An hour goes by I get the pizza and it was ANOTHER large pepperoni!! So I calledback this time and requested a refund, the manager proceeds to ask me in a very annoyed tone "why are you asking for a refund??!I added triple cheese on the pizza" like excuse me??! You're getting mad at me because you couldn't put your last two good braincells together and make a simple cheese pizza on thin crust?? Constantly have gotten poorly made pizza from this location. I asked them to remake the pizza with some actual fluffy crust on... it, and the second one came back just as bad or maybe worse. All of their menus and advertisements show fluffy crust, and otherlocations make it that way, this one even when requested can?t seem to do it. Read more
This location has a bad habit of giving out the wrong carry out orders. Tonight was not the first time I was given the wrong... food or come to pick up food that's was "ready" but not there when I got there as it was given to the wrong customer. Tonight Iwaited over 30 passed time I was told it was done so the could remake it. Waited again and was brought up half of my order! Iasked for a refund and was made to wait to finally be addressed by manager. The lady who was given my original order came backin from her house . Cashier didn't even acknowledge her. She waited 10 minutes after me to even be spoken to. I can't imaginehow much money is wasted to have to refund people orders regularly. Waiting 30 minutes passed time told it's ready isrediculous! I ordered my customized large pizza on the way home from taking my son to get a haircut. The food arrived 15 mins after we got... into the door and we were hungryyy! It was right on time and it was gooood and hot! As you can see it?s almost gone and we gotit about ten minutes ago lol! Read more
