The atmosphere inside is really nice, I really did enjoy the quiet space for the hour i was there. I have been to Vietnam before... and I am in LOVE with the culture and food. I ordered fresh soft spring rolls which I will say I was iffy on there wasn?t toomuch flavor to them so i will skip them for something else next time, I also got the street style Pho which was amazing. One ofmy favorite dishes is street style pho. The quail eggs were perfect, the fish balls had the best flavor not overly fishy withgood seasonings, and just really good. WOW is how I would Describe this Restaurant! Location is awesome right on Short pump. As We Walked in we were greeted with warm... greetings and Big Smiles. The Staff are very sweet and have great customer service. Inside Looks amazing and it gives of GreatVibes like I can sit for hours just looking at the Decorations and Its Quiet if someone needed to work while enjoying a nicemeal. Tom is normally always serves us and Love speaking with him, he would ask questions like getting to know us and keeping uscompany. Gosh the Menu is Big and if you cant decide I would recommend the Ginger Fish and Tom Yum Soup! The Servers give greatrecommendations if you have trouble picking! The Food and Pho is so Goooooood! This place is soooo good. My partner and I each got the pho with brisket and round eye and absolutely loved it. We also got the... pan fried wontons as an app which were delicious. I wish we had pictures but everything was so good we jumped in and startedeating immediately. Will absolutely be back. Read more

Best of the best, hands down. Everything is prepared fresh and tastes great. Awesome presentation and a nice group of people... that will accommodate you anyway possible. I recommend eating and drinking everything on the menu at least once. The atmosphereand compassion of the owners is one of a kind. This place stays packed and if you visit Pho 1 Grill to eat you will know why. Ihave tried quite a few options on the menu and have never been let down.
