Just want to shout out this great staff - my Uber Eats order was delivered and while walking back to my office my bag broke and... the food unfortunately scattered across the sidewalk. I called to say I was ordering again (in case they thought it may be aduplicate order) and told them of my unfortunate circumstance haha. Just received my order with a wonderful note. It was not crowded at dinner time on Sunday despite being near VCU. The bowl felt somewhat overpriced given the very little... protein and overall bowl size. I got the standard salmon and tuna and there were maybe 3 bites of salmon. If you need a fillingmeal, add a third protein at a cost. The fish quality was okay. There are many mix-ins and toppings to select. This is a goodspot when you need something quickly. I probably would not rush back but don?t know of other poke options in Richmond. Read more
My wife and I got bowls here right before they were going to close, and the staff were still very friendly and welcoming. ... Unfortunately, they had forgotten to give us a drink and a protein item for one of our bowls which we didn't notice until wewere already back at our hotel. When I called them, they offered to make it right the next time we came in and they wereabsolutely true to their word. The same gentleman I spoke to on the phone made us a complimentary drink, and was veryaccommodating and apologetic the next time we came in.
