They?re out of beignets, Mac and cheese?We have been coming for years because when we are pleasantly surprised that the item... ?chicken sandwich? is in stock, it?s delicious. But, seriously, one week we came at different times of the day to order chickensandwiches and they were out?.that?s the one thing you can count on when coming to this location-something will ALWAYS be out ofstock. It?s 8:05pm and we?ve been sitting here not moving for almost 20 minutes. Cars behind us are fed up and driving aroundus. We would leave to, but our kiddo is super hungry. Yay!!! One car moved! Good luck when coming here. Just have extremelylow expectations, so that if they do have something in stock, you?ll feel like you?ve won the lottery. BTW, still waiting?.37minutes. One car is in front of us and then, wait for it, ?The heaven?s open and the angels sing??.but, it?s not meant to bejust yet. 43 minutes. Oh my word!!! Who owns this particular franchise?! This is one of better locations in the area. Food tends to be more fresh and hot; and order more correct though recommend order... inside even if to go. Prices like everywhere has gone up. Get the specials or skip the sides of an issue. Staff is nice and tryhard even in busy hours to get to you. They don't close early like some locations. Read more

I dnt mean to be harsh with a 1 star review but I have to be honest. I went for lunch today and although the service to me was... exceptional and outstanding I cnt say the same for my food. I ordered a 12 peice nugget with fries and the nuggets were not goodat all. After eating a few I started feeling queasy and felt like they were fried in old grease because that's all i couldtaste. They were fried nice but they had no flavor and tasted like grease. Maybe the great they were fried in was old but Idoubt they're supposed to taste like that. I?m overwhelmed by the amazing customer service. We?ve been there twice and both times the employees and manager and super nice,... very upbeat and it made me want to stay there to eat instead of getting it to go. A breath of fresh air!!!! Great food and the best chicken and service in town . The manager.owner run a tight shift I love how he gets the jobs done! Very... impressed and it reflects on the employee. 10 stars is I could. Sometime trying to get extra sauce can be tough. But Iunderstand it. This is a must stop if in town and need some chicken. I drive out my way to go here and if I?m ever close I haveto stop. Has to be the worst. Employee was nasty when my fiance tried to pick up an Uber eats order. They were very disrespectful.
