My experience with this franchise was always great, but the last experience took it to a even higher level. I came to get... lunch, as luck would have it, I had car trouble, not only was ( as always ) the employees were great and sympathetic but to mysurprise, the owner can in ask if I needed anything, and offered to buy my lunch, who still does that? I'm an Potbellyscustomer for life, not to mention, the subs and salads are excellent! Read more
