1star for the server who was very attentive and another star for the food. We really love their salad but they ran out of salad... AFTER we placed our orders. I’ve been to red lobster many times and never experienced this! It was my daughters birthday andshe REALLY loves salad. She was so disappointed. This was on a Thursday and there were very little people there so where did allthe salad go??? Kudos to the server again, she was very nice. Read more
Came here for a early dinner date and so happy we did. Food was amazing and fast as well as the server with our biscuits and... drinks. Got the ultimate seafood feast and had the strawberry colada which was so delicious!! Definitely coming back to see ourwaitress Rabecca! I must admit that I'm very disappointed at my experience on tonight at this location. I order the chicken linguine pasta and... was looking forward to this usual delectable meal. Unfortunately, this is not what occurred. My waiter was excellent and veryattentive. When he brought the bowl of chicken pasta over, it look amazed. I then began to take several bites into it until Itasted several items that were very hard. As I took these items out of my mouth I discovered it was actually chicken bones. Ishared this information with my waiter and he immediately went and got a manager. The manager came over and introduced herselfas a substitute manager from another location. She initially disputed me that bones could be in my meal, until I showed her theevidence. She then said that it must be a distributor issue and she would inform the general manager. She offered to have themeal recooked, but by this time I am disgusted with the taste of broken chicken bones in my mouth. There weren't any additionalsteps to make me a happy client. I feel that the ball was dropped and the apology wasn't sincere. I will share this experienceand the pictures of the meal and the bones on my social media outlets. Read more

I went in for a company order. The hostess/bar tender was super nice. Food came out right away and was soooo delicious. I give... their manager HUGE props. There was a disgruntled customer, making fun of one of the servers and she tolerated none of hisbigotry. Absolutely fantastic! I plan to make this location my primary location for both company orders and personal dinnersout! Read more
