When you wait 45 minutes in an mostly empty building, 73 minutes and your food hasn't been delivered to the table and server who... has to stop serving and cooks your food personally, it is time corporate to look at how this location is ruining the Red Lobstername. We had to leave, but our very hungry, and now bread filled friends decided to stay for another 1 hour to receive theirfood. After a total of over 2 hours, I went over to Pier 88 and got my food in 15 minutes... not bad but why are the bestrestaurants around have the worst services in the eastend? Read more
They usually do better when it not at the highest capacity. I've had items wrong or missing when ordering takeout. The waiters... are usually friendly. The food is standard Red Lobster quality and mostly good if dining in. Read more

First, the food was excellent. Everything else: not so good. We weren't welcomed by the hostess, simply asked "how many?". When... we were seated, we weren't given any flatware, although we watched her give them to other guests she seated. Have no clue whatour server's name was..she didn't say, or welcome us. When she brought the biscuits, there were no appetizer plates. When shebrought our appetizer, I had to ask for utensils and napkins. We finished our drinks and left them in plain sight on the edge ofour table. We waited and waited for refills while I could see her in waitstaff area speaking to another server. When she did getback to us, she asked if we wanted anything else, like she forgot we ordered entrees. We asked for drink refills, app plates andextra napkins. It took her 2 trips to get that. After she delivered our food, she didn't return to check on us until we weredone eating and wanting boxes. After we packed our boxes, she asked if we were ready for the check. My wife had to ask her if itwas okay if we got dessert. After everything was boxed and we were ready to pay the check, my wife pointed out to her twice thatthe dessert wasn't on the bill. She simply told us that she gave it to us. No explanation. Throughout the entire meal, not onedirty plate was removed from our table (see picture-our dessert with all the dirty plates in the background). On our way out,both hostesses were at the front talking to each other. Neither one bothered to say anything to us (thanks.. have a nicenight..etc). We got into our vehicle at 9:10 p.m. My wife immediately called and asked to speak to the manager. She was on holdfor 15 minutes before she hung up at 9:25 when we returned to our hotel. The food was delicious but the service was a bit lacking. I went at a prime dinner time (6pm) but the place only had a few... customers and I had to wait for a long while before a hostess even noticed. When I got to my table my waitress was rushing me toorder even though I told her I needed 5 minutes to wait on my husband's arrival. She kept coming back asking if I was ready toorder. This would be fine if they were busy and she needed to move customers through but the place was nearly empty... once weordered she kept forgetting things like refills on drinks, bread for the table, my husband's side salad... so again, the foodwas delicious, spacious place, clean but service could have been a lot better. Nice atmosphere, good food. Abigail, our server, was on the ball. She hooked us up with anything we asked for, so thanks for... that. House drinks are refreshing and are $5.00.ea. This is only the second time we've visited this location this year. But on both occasions we were quite impressed with the... service we received. On this visit our waiter, Tacori, was fantastic. He was friendly and eager to provide service. His friendlydemeanor made us feel immediately at home. The food was really good and was delivered promptly by a very polite young lady aswell. I spoke with Cory, the General Manager and told him about our experience. I've spoken to him before and can easily see whythis location is such a pleasant place to dine.
