Friendly staff. Speedy service. Clean environment. Decent parking. It's always a nice dining experience when we dine in.... Curbside pickup is always accurate. Have eaten here a couple of times both in-house and carryout. And the food is always tasty. I do enjoy a good burger made the... way I want it exactly. Do yourself a favor and get that beer cheese sauce. It's so good I would bathe in it. Read more

How many times have you seen the commercial on television?! I have a million times and finally found a cute location near short... pump. They offer outside seating as well as, dine in. The food was pretty good and if you order bottomless sides you get free refills. So for example, cheese fondue or garlic fries would qualify for free refills. Server was nice and they give freeballoons to the children! Supervisor on duty made sure to walk around and checked on everyone seated! Read more

Always great food. Service could improve a lot. I was seated and the restaurant manager kept walking past me for 30 mins and... decided to take it upon herself to take my order. Restaurant was not full so I was confused. Once I received my food she keptcoming back within reasonable time in between serves. For that I felt satisfied. This location has never been great for service or cleanliness, but it is flat out horrific now. It appears to go way beyond the... staffing and supply chain challenges many restaurants are facing - this location just seems to not have a clue about how to doanything, nor do they seem to care. The food is good I have always enjoyed RR food. This location was surprisingly empty but gave it a shot anyway. We were seated... quickly and orders taken quickly. Food delivered not much service after that had to get silverware and ketchup myself. The tabletablets didn't work so after 15 min with card on table just left what I guessed I owed and walked out. Our kids & I love Red Robin. This one is run quite well. The hostess & server were both very friendly. One of my girls misses... the corn dog nuggets in school lunches now that she's out for summer, & this is a place where she can get her fix. The brisketthat they have for the seasonal menu is good (not great). I haven't tried it but the pineapple upside-down cake seasonal shakelooks/sounds like it's fantastic. Read more

This is the Red Robin at Short Pump in Richmond, Virginia. I will not be going back there. The place was very dirty, the... bathrooms were extremely nasty! Every stall was out of toilet liners. It actually resemble a bathroom at a bus stop. My food wasnot hot when it was brought to my table, they did not get my order correct either. This meant I had to wait longer to eat myfood. The drinking glasses that we were served with our drinks were broken cracked on the bottom; which means one could actuallycut their hands on that and this is a major safety issue.
