Clean n welcoming facility, I ordered Flonder Fish Basket with Sweet Potato fries and drink.
The food is more meat then breading. Haven?t had anything greasy. I did have an issue with an internet order. When I came in I... expected to be met with opposition but instead it was handled very professionally. Like literally, I was shocked. They are thechic fi la of customer service in that incident. I will continue to come here just based on their customer service alone. Mymeal was taking an additional amount of time and the cashier asked me if I would like a drink while I waited? I was thinkingwater but she invited me to the soda machine. This little act of kindness went a long way. Very impressed guys. 5 stars all theway. Read more
My family and I came in 10 min before closing. We ordered 6 different meals. The staff was patient and our food came quick.... Everything was correct and delicious when we got home. I moved to Kentucky and this is a treat for me when I visit Richmond. Read more
They say their fish sandwich has the most fish ever. Well they weren't lying. It's a ridiculous amount of fish piled on a bun.... The fries are great too. See attached picture. Read more
Update - went again tonight and the service was some of the most friendly I have had in a long time. As usual the food is... awesome. Some menu items have changed and they just recently added seafood salad which was tasty but the Mac and cheese and hushpuppies are still the best side options. Original review below. I love this place. I have been here several times and every timethe food is awesome. Fish sandwiches are 3/4lb and about $7 for cod or whiting. The hush puppies are the best in town and theclam chowder is awesome. Another great piece that may sound weird is the tarter sauce. Some places have tarter that taste likeit was made with miracle whip. Not this place, their tarter is awesome. Other items like the shrimp and crab cakes are good butnot as good as the fish sandwich. They offer pleanty of side options like fries, sweet potato fries, Mac and cheese, fried okra,and more. If you like fried fish you won't be disappointed. Read more
For a 1st time customer, let's just say my appetite was delightfully satisfied. The seafood salad was by far #1 my rating. I... now have a new business for Seafood salad to cater. The Nana Pudding was ???? and the Sweet Chili Skrimp Taco was extraordinaireof something that I had never seen nor tasted.....which was satisfactory to my GI tract.
