I give 2 stars because tacos where yummy! But service was horrible. Not only was the host VERY SARCASTIC, with everything I... asked.. but the entire area was filthy. If you're like us, tacos are an all year round experience. But during the summer months tacos are a few times a week . This... place has great energy, delicious food, friendly staff and the "Happier Meal". Come for the tacos, have a drink and get a randomtoy to celebrate your adulthood like you once did as a kid. I went to Soul Taco on a whim because it was close to my hotel downtown. I ended up ordering a delicious mojito from the bar... while I waited on my tacos. I ordered the fried catfish taco, the buttermilk chicken taco and the oxtail taco & all 3 wereamazing! So much flavor and very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely stop by again before I leave town. This place is huge and amazing and like a party when you walk in.. it's a complete VIBE. There is lots of space. I tried the... catfish, oxtail and sweet potato and black eye peas taco. The pickled onions were a bit much on the catfish taco but the catfishhad a great taste but making it a 3 out of 5. The oxtail was delicious there was like fried fatback on the taco, I didn't likethat but otherwise it was great.4 out of 5 The sweet potato and black eyed peas was delicious the flavor and textures werebalanced 5out of 5.
