Absolutely abhorrent management. Let someone who assaulted a barista stay a supervisor and REFUSED to listen to the staff?s... complaints. Actually walked out on them when they tried to read her a letter about the situation. Never ever going here untilthis issue is resolved. This store's manager, Kristen, is an absolute DISGRACE. Knowingly allowed a supervisor to remain employed after ASSAULTING A... BARISTA, who was wrongfully terminated for speaking out against their attacker. Kristen then adamantly refused to listen to herteam after they tried multiple times to organize a meeting and get an explanation for management's decisions. I pay for extra caramel drizzle and I 'd be lucky if I even get the standard amount... on many occasions. I try not to be that... picky customer and have the barista redo my drink, but I may have to be... or go up Libbie every morning instead. Read more
My favorite Starbucks. I stop here several times a week; the staff is always friendly. The other day my friend and I wanted to... sit outside, and someone had left a table a mess. I asked if I could get some water on a napkin to clean it. Nope. The baristagrabbed a cleaning rag and came out to clean the table for us. Great new location with a drive thru. Very friendly staff ... decor a bit cold but otherwise great location.
They seem to hire people with really bad attitudes. I am always very polite and just a normal person ordering and the guy who... takes my order every time starts asking his next question before I'm even done speaking. Even if there's no one behind me, andbasically throws the drink at me and walks away before I can even say thank you. Always acts like he's better than where he isand that all of the customers are beneath him. Wearing pins to unionize Baristas, but not even able to do a good job making acup of coffee. Read more
