I often go to this location and my order has always been ready by the promised time. Today, I was having a rough morning after... having to sit in DMV due to someone stealing my decals and decided to get a mocha on my way to work. I?ve been sitting in Starbucks (7000 Forest) since 8am waiting for my sister to get out of cardiac surgery. I finally got the... call at 11:45am that the surgery was a success and she?ll be moved to recovery soon!! Thank to the wonderful employees that mademy wait a bearable experience. Ordered my coffee online and when I went to pick it up, they didn?t have it so they told me to pick a new drink, which I did.... When I picked it up, it was a drink completely different from what I ordered. Gave me some kind of tea. I went back and finallygot my coffee but the cup came all split and coffee was all over. I understand it was busy but I thought it was veryunacceptable to give a cup like that to a customer. Read more
