I just wanted to come on here and say the person y?all have running the drivethru is a SWEETHEART. They absolutely made my... morning today. I?m a travel nurse and I had a patient today beg me to go to Starbucks for her, her card wasn?t working and I hadto go back to her house to exchange cards and the new one also didn?t work. That?s when the Starbucks drivethru worker gave memy whole order for free, she didn?t ask questions she didn?t ponder on it. This is the only convenient Starbucks on my way to work and it is the worst I?ve been to. You?ll be stuck in the drivethru for... 30+ minutes and even ordering ahead on the mobile app for in-person pickup is a waste of time (you?ll stand there waiting justas long). Read more
I cannot tell you how many times this location has gotten my order wrong. I've started going to the Starbucks in Midlothian even... though this Starbucks is closer. The level of incompetency at this location is unreal. I've never had a problem at otherlocations. Why is this location so bad? Read more
I've been coming here throughout the school year during my planning as a teacher and have been absolutely amazed by the staff,... especially Caitlyn, the supervisor, and Crow. The hospitality, service, cleanliness, and friendliness has always been top notch.Bathrooms are clean, as well as the tables, and they've never gotten any of my countless drink orders wrong. The negativereviews on here seem to be very misleading because I highly recommend this Starbucks and am able to get so much work done whilesurrounded by positive staff who make the environment a very safe space. 6 stars if I could! Waited in line forever only to recieve this drink, their very berry hibiscus tea refresher with coconut milk, but it was missing... some major components. There was some foreshadowing during the order when she asked if i wanted to exclude the water and replaceit with the coconut milk. Once paid, I recieved this concoction of coconut milk and hibiscus extract. I was told it containedthe caffeine, but no green tea? Not sure how that works. Unfortunately I had already paid and wasn't about to wait another 10minutes for them to figure out how to refund me. After shorting me the first time on my drink, I decided to give it another try and yet again, they shorted me. I ordered a... grande white mocha latte, extra hot with no foam. And yet again, it was short by 3 inches and was luke warm. Definitely won't beback to this location. See my photo for what they consider a "full cup." Read more
Just had the worst experience at this at this location and this one was the worst I asked for am Americana venti with ice on the... side half and half 4 Stevia. They made my drink twice because the entire drink was white both times and the drive thru workerhad an attitude and said she could not make the drink over and she didn't do it. I asked for a refund as I paid in cash shegives me a recovery card and I told her I wanted my cash back not a recovery card. She huffs and puffs and said something wasn'tin her job description. Then she goes into something about she can't give me my correct change back because of some computer. Itwas an entire mess. I asked her for me correct change and she gets mad and gets the supervisor . Supervisor tries act like it'sno big deal and give me the rest of change and make the drink over.
