It was a very well maintained store and staff was hardworking and disciplined. My son enjoyed walking around the store.
Not a Starbucks fan but this one was awesome. Needed to do some work while on the road. The morning crew were polite, friendly,... and quick. They recognized and greeted regulars. If only I like Starbucks terrible French toast this level of service andatmosphere would make me a fan. Read more
It's an on par Starbucks in terms of quality of food and drink. Staff is exceptionally friendly, which puts it at 4 stars. Two... issues I have frequently had. Ordering hot drinks, I ask for a venti, multiple times I was given a grande. Was only charged fora grande, but I asked for a Venti. And no matter how much I emphasize light ice, very light ice, for cold brew, becauseapparently Starbucks stopped offering Nitro in Venti, I always ALWAYS get the standard amount of ice. And let's be real, that'slikely the reason Starbucks isn't offering Nitro coldbrew in Venti; there's no ice and like everywhere else, there's shortages.No ice, can't dilute the product. But in all seriousness, light ice, please, I just want it cold. Stop packing in theice. Edit: They had been doing really well consistently for awhile. Until today (9/29) Ordered one drink and they just gave meblack coffee. Considering I paid for a latte-level drink and only got black coffee, I was definitely gyped. Error probablyhappened when they didn't even stick the order sticker on the cup to ensure accuracy. And considering how disgusting Starbuckscoffee tastes on its own, I'll be avoiding the location for awhile to avoid that happening again. Read more
The barista working the drive through window was so amazing and friendly. One customer pulled ahead without their food and he... stretched himself out the window to get it to them. That's what I call great customer service!!!! Read more

If they aren't serving bad milk they're clueless on how to make drinks! Ugh! I so badly wanted to chalk it up to just a bad... day for the barrista!!!! We all have them. I was wrong! When you charge $20+ for two coffees you really need to get it right,consistently. Read more

Very friendly baristas, they've remembered my name and always make sure my drinks are correct and that my experience is very... personable and warm. The only downside is how easily this place gets busy with the smaller parking lot/drive thru. Read more
