This is a new location, so I'm sure it's just growing pains and things will improve...but I've ordered my regular drink from... here MANY times. And it's been ok a few times but most times tasted nothing like what I ordered. Idk why Starbucks plays like their coffee isn?t expensive. If I pull through to get a grande one more time and my cup is only... 2/3 full, I?m gonna lose my mind. This is absolutely ridiculous. I understand it?s new, but by now things should be in order. The line is long, extremely slow even when it?s not busy. It?s also... the ONLY location that overprices my simple iced coffee and it doesn?t even get prepared right. I?ll stick to my girls at Publixuntil it calms down? Read more

Every Starbucks I go to always has great tasting coffee and great food. The only thing I didn't like about this location in... particular was the cashier was socially ackward. She asked my boyfriend if he was my father and so we played along and said yeahe's my father and then we made it a point to romantically kiss hold hands and be cuddly to make her uncomfortable. I think itgoes without saying. If you're not sure about something, don't ask. If you think someone's pregnant but your not sure, don'task. If you think someone's related to the other person but your not sure , don't ask. You could be become a offensive personeven if you are just trying to make conversation and be polite it becomes offensive. Read more
Only starbucks in the area so not many options. Continually have bad experiences. Just stood in line for 20 minutes while one... person rang up and made drinks while the other made 6 cans of whip cream. While making drinks, the one employee had a nice chatwith a customer sitting off to the side. Good thing they spoke to that customer or they would have spoken to no one...not evenwhen taking orders. There were no smiles, no "hello", or other pleasantries. And while I still stand here, waiting for mydrink, the line has grown to 7 people not including 2 people who stood in line but left before being waited on. What a poorlyrun Starbucks...fitting since it is inside of a poorly managed Target....but don't worry...the whip cream maker is now makingdrinks while the other has walked off to chat with his customer....oops...no here she comes around the corner chewing...back towork without washing her hands. 30 minutes to get a drink at starbucks!!! As the only Starbucks in the area it would benefit the chain to keep them better stocked and their equipment running. Some... employees could use better costumer relations skills. Overall though most of the employees who have been there a while areamazing and very sweet. Read more
Started off with excellent customer service and quality drinks, however now they seem to be more engaged with speed and not the... quality of the product. It?s extremely disappointing. They really need to revamp branding here and focus on the giving thecustomer the full satisfaction experience. Read more
