This Starbucks either need more people or more inventory. Every time I come here barely there is any food available. From... morning to evening it is a stroke a luck if you can get anything. Also, I wish it was cleaner. The seating area is always dirtysuch as the floors and trash cans. The service is good but the baristas always look like they are over worked. Beware thatdrinks often are out of stock too. This location needs more love and care to become better. Read more
The staff tries best to keep the line moving and I believe thats the only motive at this Starbucks. Being a corporate location,... it wont accept rewards redemption. 'Customer Satisfaction', or 'We will make taste best for you' and all other tag lines maywork at other Starbucks, but here, you are in queue and queue will always be there. I have found the my drinks here never tastedgood being it flat white or Holiday special like eggnog latte or Chestnut praline. The people are always friendly. The service is usually fast even if the line is super long. They try their best, and that is all... that matters. I go there so often that most of the employees know my name. :) Read more
They always get my order wrong. It's not even that complicated: white mocha with whip. They forget the white mocha syrup and the... whip almost every time! They need better management and to clean. It is disgusting. Read more
