I only come here because of Melasia! She's super nice and is always great to talk to after a long day at work. Even if she's... busy with a line she acknowledges those who walk up. Horrible customer service. I waited for my order to be taken for about 5 min with no one in line - the barista talked to a... coworker about how much work she had (which was nothing). When asked to be helped, I was told to wait. When the order wasplaced, the barista did not know how to make a simple strawberry frappuccino, had to remake it, and look back into the book. I asked for a iced venti caramel macchiato with and extra shot of espresso and soy milk. She made it wrong both times and when i... said something she got an attitude.
