Did not visit Starbucks. This is located inside of Kroger which is the business I was using.
Always convenient to grab a coffee and explore the store, or on the way out for the trip home
I went to This Starbucks yesterday and out of 4 things out of 6 things I wanted to order inside my Frappuccino was so called... sold out.I can under stand if you say your out of 1 thing but to say to most of everything was sold out was ludicrous.That is soridiculous.I?m a big Starbucks fan but I will never go back to this store.I FEEL IF YOUR OUT OF SOOO MUCH INVENTORY THAT MEANSSOMEONE IS NOT DOING THERE JOB.A Apology will not work in the case.You having the products needed to make A Drink is the key tosuccess.Higher Management needs to take action.IM TOTALLY DISGUSTED Read more
Friendly and fast service i got caramel frappe wit crunchs
There is no consistency from one SB to another. Its hit or miss when going to different locations. My coffee tasted like hot... chocolate. Read more
I ordered through the app and it still took 15min to wait in the drive-thru, they need a better system.
The kids there are really nice and efficient, but it's a brand new store with an idiotic parking plan... the drive-thru line... often blocks all the storefront parking. Also... with the one-door-in one-door-out covid plan it would be really helpful ifthey put a trash can inside the exit rather than the entrance. Read more
