This is consistently the best Subway. The owners are friendly and hard working. Even when there is a line they move quickly... without losing any of the niceness. I mainly order through the app and the sandwiches are always made correctly and ready whenI get there. The ingredients are always seem fresh. Read more

This is the best subway restaurant in southside richmond in my opinion. The owners and the people who work have awesome customer... service and provide excellent service and will go above and beyond for their customers!! I wont eat at another subway in thearea!! Read more

WORSE SUBWAY EVER!!! I came to this Subway 20 minutes before closing and before I got out the door, I was told they were closed... and put up all the food for the night. The woman slammed the door right after telling us that giving us no room for any furtherquestions. Someone pulls up a few minutes later and walks up to the door and is told the same thing. The guy asks why theywon't serve him if they're technically suppose to still be open. She tells them it's because they have an inspection tomorrow. I decide to call the manager 2 days later. I tell him what happens and not only does he cut me off multiple times while I'mtelling him the story but he also claims that they did nothing wrong. He claims that I was denied service because I was talkingto the subway employee from my car and if I would've walked up to the door, they would've served me. First off, why would I getout my car if she just told me they're closed and won't serve me. Also, like I mentioned before, a guy walked up to the doorafter we got there and was still denied.. so your point isn't valid. He also said he checked the security cameras from thatevening and didn't see my car there. Obviously I was there so he couldn't have checked the cameras at all. He also startedrushing me off the phone and wouldn't even let me talk at the end of the conversation. I'm happy I took the photo I attached tothis review because it's the only proof I have that I was there before their closing hours and it shows that all the lights areoff and they are indeed closed. The manager literally told me that he couldn't compensate or do anything to help me for theinconvenience because he didn't see anything that they did wrong. I will never return to this Subway and I encourage others todo the same. With a manager treating customers like that, they don't deserve to be in business. Read more
