Used to be a really good subway, has dropped off drastically lately. Really random hours, says they close at 4pm, but it's... pretty much anytime between 3-4. If you close at 4, you serve food until 4, not leave the building at 4. Everybody used to besuper friendly and nice an the quality of food was excellent. Now it seems they try to rush you out the door (when you can findthem open) an on top of that the quality of the ingredients have dropped as well. I just avoid this location all together now. The people are very nice to their customers and if you want anything at it or subtract it or whatever they would do it for you... with no questions asked that's what I like and the subways that I've been into are the one off of route 5 and the one inhighland springs and they're both the cleanest and have the nicest people in there as far as I know I've been to them only twoand they are as nice as can be to me and their stores are very clean inside 100%. Friendly staff but my sub wasn't very good, got soggy very fast, but I don't blame the staff for the poor tasting food, I know... everything comes pre packaged, just the normal for subway but again the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and that's whyI'm giving 5 stars, the food was a 1 star but the employees were 5 star all the way, and the cookies were awesome too Read more
Didn't heat up chicken breast. It was cold and rubbery. Placed online order and it wasn't ready until 25 minutes after time I... asked for it to be ready. Manager contacted me, but did not do as promised. Read more
