Staff was nice and the food was good. I really want to emphasize that we went to another Subway and while making a meatball sub... stated that they were out of meatballs. Because this is what we wanted, we proceeded to this location and instead of saying theywere out, they told us it would be a few extra minutes until the meatballs were ready, because multiple people just ordered thesame. Order was supposed to be ready at 8:03pm. We arrived at 8:05pm and our order was not ready. Didn't have the bread for my... husband's sandwich so they didn't make our order. Website said they would call if something was wrong but they told us theyaren't given the phone #'s. Had a sign on the door, about free cookies if you use the app, but the app doesn't mention a freecookie code. Hubby asked if we could get the free cookies and was told no. Order not ready, no phone call when they did nothave the correct bread and they refused to give 2 free cookies. Only saving grace, the subs had all the ingredients on them.Sloppy but tasted ok. Placed my order around 9pm, got there at 9:30 after it said it was completed and they were "closed". Then staff claim that they... didn't know the location of the store that they work at and I must have ordered at the wrong location, while we're all lookingat the order receipt on my phone. Nice facelift terrible service, keep the 12 bucks I won't be coming back. Read more
