Good luck if you're on lunchbreak. You will not be served in any kind of timely manner as online/Doordarsh/whatever will take... highest priority in this establishment. Visited and the in store line grew longer and longer while 4th in line walking in tookalmost 30 minutes to order and get out while online order after order was prepared promptly. People walking in taking time outof their day to visit an establishment should have some kind of priority as word of mouth travels quickly. I know it's probablynot the employees fault as they have to probably meet metrics or something but it may be a management issue with only having 2employees visible in store during lunch hours. Cashier refused to take my order in store until she completed online orders. The cashier told me it would be 30 or more minutes... before she could take my order. I asked if she could make mine in between online orders since I was already in the store but sherefused and got an attitude so I left and took my money elsewhere. Worst service and sub I ever had.Went to this location to get 3 subs and all 3 were dry and nasty.This is my second time going... to this location and its the same 2 girls they didn't bother speaking when we walked in and one was on the cell phone fusing atsomeone when we walked in and when it came down to making our subs they both act like we were bothering them,They were verynasty and rude.I will never eat their again. I have been eating here for a while now and the owner tried to keep the place going. Subway itself is a little too greasy. They... constantly cutting the food and upping the price. Now days they don't even put salami In Italian cold cut sandwich but the pricehas increased by over $2.00. oh well I guess good buyer SUBWAY, it was delicious knowing you.???? Read more

The hours listed on Google are wrong as stated at the restaurant its hours are 9 am to 9 pm. The subs are decent here though and... the hours being wrong on Googles page is just unfortunate. Read more

Subway at 9127 Staples Mill Road.Subway at 9127 Staples Mill Road. The customer service received was terrible starting with... being made to wait to place an order. With no other customers in the place, I waited five minutes even after the sandwich makermade eye contact with me. That was problem #1. Problem #2 came when paying for the purchase, I had a combo meal coupon and askedthe cashier if he would upsize the drink knowing that it would cost a little more and was willing to pay for it. I was told nothat he would not upsize the drink. The final problem was with the lid for the cup which did not fit properly and blew off thecup as I exited the building forcing me to have to go back and get a second lid which also didn't fit and even though I was abledrive off, the lid came off again and the drink spilled in my car. the insult in all this was the sandwich itself which wasskimpy on the ingredients. I am going to avoid this store now at all cost and my only advice to the store owner is that you needto look into retraining your staff in customer service and if you can't do that then you might as well close your store and getout of the food service business. This Subway location is TRASH!! Their sandwich meat felt slimy and had a tart smell; I?m sure the meats had been sitting out for... days and we?re DEFINITELY NOT fresh!! The staff were nice, but the facility was dirty and very unsanitary. I bought a 12 inchsub and threw it straight in the trash when I got home. Read more
