This place is not even a one star I had an awful experience at the Great Steak & Surf Squeeze located at 11800 W Broad Street... Suite 2116. I live in South Carolina and every time I connect to Virginia My daughter and family patronize this place. Mydaughter and I went in and placed an order. The lady at the register handed my daughter the tray with our food on it. As soon asthe tray was placed in my daughter s hands it flipped and all of our food was on the floor. I spoke to the manager about it buthe refused to replace our food. He said that we would have to repay in order to get the food replaced. Terrible customerservice. Never again will myself as well as my family will patronize this business again. Read more
